On Saturday, October 19th at 6pm, immerse yourself in a warm and inviting experience at the Le Saint-Laurent restaurant, where the captivating aromas of coffee will blend seamlessly with the finest local products from the Charlevoix region. Chef Christophe Annerose, the hotel’s Executive Chef, has crafted an exclusive five-course menu that subtly incorporates coffee into each dish.
