To mark Earth Hour, Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu organised an intimate candlelight concert in our La Brise bar, immersing the space in a soft, subdued atmosphere. A musician enveloped our guests in atmospheric melodies, while an exclusive cocktail, mixing gin and curaçao, was concocted especially for the event.

To mark International Women’s Rights Day, Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu put the spotlight on female entrepreneurship by welcoming four local women for an inspiring session of sharing and advice. The speakers, Maude Juteau, Ana Carolina Martins, Ève Poisson and Vicky Boily, talked about their remarkable careers. To celebrate the event, a special cocktail featuring prosecco and hibiscus was served, with $2 from every sale going to the Quebec Breast Cancer Association. In addition, the Riise and Vert committees collaborated to produce a video celebrating all the women of the Fairmont Manoir Richelieu complex and casino, marking the event in a memorable way!

To mark Earth Day, Manoir Richelieu is offering youngsters a range of fun activities designed to awaken their ecological awareness, accompanied by an ecological tour of the manor to discover our green initiatives. In the evening, five talented chefs from the region celebrate local and seasonal flavours with an exclusive five-course dinner, showcasing the best of our terroir.

International Bees’ Day takes place on 20 May. A great opportunity to taste our bourbon-aged honey, a special edition for the 125th anniversary of the Fairmont Manoir Richelieu.

Every year, with the arrival of spring, the Manoir Richelieu teams and guests get together to organise a major clean-up. This event brings everyone together with the aim of keeping our magnificent manor clean and in harmony with the environment.
